17 Collaborative Hydraulics: Advancing to the Next Generation of Engineering (CHANGE) Design Advances in hydraulic modeling tools are providing a more comprehensive understanding of complex flow patterns at river crossings versus traditional modeling techniques.  
18 Warm Mix Asphalt Construction Warm Mix Asphalt (WMA) allows for asphalt to be produced and placed on the road at lower temperatures than the traditional hot mix method.

23 Design-Build Traffic Control Plans Design Design-Build Traffic Control Plans (DBTCP) are an innovation that improves project delivery by exploring ways to provide greater contractor flexibility in constructing the project
