A construction project on Interstate 86 in Erie County is scheduled to start week and will give motorists a smoother ride on nearly seven miles of the highway.

​Daylight closures are scheduled to start June 3 on Nebraska Road (Route 3004) in Forest County in order for recycled asphalt paving (RAP) work to be completed.

State Route (SR) 3006 (Sarah Furnace Road) in Madison Township will close beginning June 18 and is set to re-open in the beginning of August 2019. Upon re-opening, motorists on SR 3006 can expect some light lane restrictions while the project reaches completion at the end of August 2019.
