To support an action taken by the New York Department of Transportation, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation is imposing a ban on certain vehicles on Interstate 84 in northeastern Pennsylvania because of the ongoing winter storm.

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) will conduct an open house and plans display to inform the public of the proposed Route 119/South Main Street Over Zellers Run Bridge replacement near the Route 30 interchange in South Greensburg and Southwest Greensburg boroughs, Westmoreland County. The proposed work includes demolition of the existing bridge, construction of a new box culvert, and approach roadway work on Route 119. Construction is anticipated to begin in the summer of 2019.
