The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) reopened the westbound exit ramp to Route 26 (College Avenue) on Route 322 in the State College area today. The exit ramp had been closed since October 15 while crews worked to repair bridge beams damaged in a crash earlier this summer.

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that I-80 bridge work in Centre County will begin next week. The bridges span Route 26 near the Bellefonte/161 interchange.

As work to improve more than 41 miles of roadway continues in Centre and Clinton counties, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is issuing an update on its project schedule. Overall work includes milling, base repair, resurfacing, curbing, sidewalks, and guide rail updates on sections of seven routes in Centre County and five in Clinton County.

Motorists in Snyder County are advised Route 3008 (Paxtonville Road) is closed just west of the VFW and Route 3007 (Iron Bridge Road) in Franklin Township due to a downed pole and wires.

10 PM Update: Both lanes of Route 147 in Northumberland County are now open. Motorists in Northumberland County are advised Route 147 is closed near the Point Township and West Chilisquaque Township line due to a crash involving multiple vehicles.

Next week, a PennDOT maintenance crew in Lycoming County will perform pavement patching on Route 15 southbound in South Williamsport Borough.

Update: One lane of traffic is now open on Route 522 in Middleburg. Flaggers are directing traffic in both directions through the area. Motorists in Snyder County are advised Route 522 (West Market Street) is closed this morning at the intersection of Route 104, just west of the Square, due to a downed pole and wires.
