If you have a maintenance concern related to a state-maintained roadway, such as potholes or dead deer, call 1-800-FIX-ROAD. This number can also be used for immediate needs or safety issues, but for emergencies or unsafe conditions you should always call 9-1-1.
If you've experienced damage to your vehicle or property, you may
submit a claim to the commonwealth. The commonwealth's Bureau of Risk and Insurance Management (BRIM) within the Department of General Services is responsible for determining if a claim should be paid. BRIM is not associated with PennDOT.
