–SR.11 (Susquehanna County) is closed in both directions from the intersection of Summit St. in New Milford Boro to the intersection of PA 848 (Harford Rd) New Milford Boro for the removal of a fuel truck over the embankment from a previous crash

PennDOT has lifted all of the speed limit restrictions that were in place on roadways in the region. Due to the winter storm impacting the region, speed limits were reduced yesterday evening to 45 mph on all interstates in the region. All speeds are restored to their usual posted limits. PennDOT is continuing to treat roadways in the area and will continue until roads are clear.

Due to the winter storm impacting the region, speed limits were reduced yesterday evening to 45 mph on all interstates in the region. All speeds are restored to their usual posted limits, with the exception of Interstate 84 and Interstate 81 in Susquehanna County. PennDOT is continuing to treat roadways in the area and will continue until roads are clear.

Due to the severity of the winter storm, PennDOT is temporarily reducing the speed limit on several roadways in the region. PennDOT is urging motorists to avoid unnecessary travel but those who must head out will see speeds reduced to 45 mph on the following highways:

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) today announced that this year 420 miles of roadway were resurfaced or improved and 23 bridges were repaired or replaced in its six-county District 4 region including Lackawanna, Luzerne, Pike, Susquehanna, Wayne and Wyoming counties.

The Harrison Avenue Bridge will close from Tuesday, December 5 at 6 p.m. to Friday morning December 8, 2017 for final paving. On Friday, the new bridge will be open to traffic starting at 9 a.m.

The Canal Street bridge, which spans Little Meshoppen Creek in Meshoppen Borough, Wyoming County, reopened to traffic today. This bridge was replaced as part of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation's (PennDOT) Rapid Bridge Replacement Project.

The bridge carrying Log Tavern Road (Route 2006) over Dwarfkill Creek in Dingman Township, Pike County, is scheduled to close for one day on Wednesday, November 8, from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. for culvert placement work.
