Oil City, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT), Pennsylvania State Police (PSP), and more than 100 municipal police departments today announced they are conducting a regional teen seat belt mobilization to coincide with National Teen Driver Safety Week, which runs through October 21.
