The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation invites the public to a meeting regarding a bridge replacement project on Route 666 over Dodge Run in Sheffield Township, Warren County.

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) will open a new bridge in Philipsburg on Friday, August 23. The bridge spans Cold Stream on Route 3034 (Loch Lomond Road) in the borough and carries an average of more than 2,500 vehicles daily.

August 23 update: The Kingsley Road detour has been lifted. The new Route 549 bridge is open. The contractor will remove the temporary road and bridge prior to final paving. Motorists should drive with caution through the area. A $1.7 million bridge replacement project on Route 549 in Rutland Township, Tioga County, is set to begin next week.

Update: The crashed vehicle has been removed. All lanes are open on I-80 westbound at mile 223.5 in Montour County. Motorists in Montour County are advised there will be a lane closure implemented at approximately 9 a.m. on Interstate 80 westbound at mile 223.5
