Uniontown, PA - The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is pleased to announce the winners of the District 12 “Paint the Plow” contests which wrapped up today. Each county has an overall contest winner. The “Fan Favorite” was chosen by Facebook users by “liking” their favorite in the contest photo albums on the PennDOT Facebook page. The Overall Winner was chosen by a panel of judges.
