Montoursville, PA – Work is progressing on the Northern Section of the Central Susquehanna Valley Transportation (CSVT) project in Northumberland, Union and Snyder counties as follows:
The contractor, Trumbull Corp., is preparing to place concrete on the bridge deck.
Traffic control devices will be shifted on Route 147 near the river bridge work area. Motorists should watch for slow-moving vehicles. Minor delays are expected.
Northern Section Paving:
The contractor, New Enterprise Stone and Lime Co., Inc., will begin concrete paving around the Chillisquaque bridges next week. Motorists should watch for trucks entering and exiting the work area.
