Harrisburg, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) today announced that, due to a facilities issue, the Rockview Driver License Center at 812 West College Avenue in Pleasant Gap will be closed until further notice.
All customers who use this center are being asked to utilize the Lewistown Driver License Center at 13187 Ferguson Valley Road in Yeagertown or the Selinsgrove Driver License Center at 1015 Route 522 in Selinsgrove for their driver licensing needs until appropriate repairs are made to the Rockview facility. Driver license center hours of operation at both facilities have been modified to Tuesday through Saturday 8:30 a.m. – 4:15 p.m. Photo center hours of operation at both facilities have been modified to Monday through Saturday 8:30 a.m. – 4:15 p.m., with extended hours to 6:00 p.m. on Thursdays at the Lewistown location. These days and hours of operation will remain in effect until the Rockview Driver license center reopens.
All customers scheduled for non-commercial driver license testing will be contacted individually and redirected to either the Lewistown or Selinsgrove locations for their tests. All commercial driver license testing will be redirected to the Lewistown facility.
Customers may also obtain a variety of driver and vehicle products and services online through PennDOT’s Driver and Vehicle Services website, www.dmv.pa.gov
Driver and vehicle online services are available 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week and include driver’s license, photo ID and vehicle registration renewals; driver-history services; changes of address; driver license and vehicle registration restoration letters; ability to pay driver license or vehicle insurance restoration fee; driver license and photo ID duplicates; and driver exam scheduling. There are no additional fees for using online services.
