Oil City, PA – PennDOT has lifted the speed limit restrictions that were in place on two highways in the northwest region. Due to the winter storm impacting the region, speed limits were reduced earlier today to 45 mph on Interstate 90 and Interstate 86 in Erie County. All speeds are restored to their usual posted limits.
