East Whiteland Township to Restrict Route 352 (Sproul Road) Weekdays for Utility Construction

King of Prussia, PA – East Whiteland Township is planning weekday lane restrictions on Route 352 (Sproul Road) between Rosemont Avenue and Summit Road in East Whiteland Township, Chester County on Tuesday, April 4, through Friday, April 17, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM for utility installation, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today. 

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.

East Whiteland Township will complete this project under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
