King of Prussia, PA – Interstate 95 motorists will encounter left lane closures in both directions between the Washington Avenue/Columbus Boulevard (Exit 20) and Interstate 676/Callowhill (Exit 22) interchanges in Philadelphia on Monday, December 10, through Friday, December 14, from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM the following morning for construction activities on a project to install a new underpass lighting system in the covered section of I-95 near Dock Street, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.
