Montoursville, PA – Motorists who travel Route 15 northbound and southbound are advised of lane restrictions between the Snyder/Union County line and the Lycoming County line in Union County for street sweeping.
On Monday, April 19 through Friday, April 23, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM, Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) maintenance crews will be performing sweeping of the barrier and curb along Route 15 in Kelly, East Buffalo, White Deer, and Gregg Townships and Lewisburg Borough. Motorists can expect lane restrictions where work is being performed.
Motorists should slow down, expect delays in travel, watch for lane changes, and drive with caution through the work zone.
Work on this project will be in accordance with Centers for Disease Control and state Department of Health guidance as well as a project-specific COVID-19 safety plan, which will include protocols for social distancing, use of face coverings, personal and job-site cleaning protocols, management of entries to the jobsite, and relevant training.
