Montoursville, PA – Motorist who travel on Route 54 in Northumberland County are advised a PennDOT contractor is set to begin a soil remediation project in Mount Carmel Township on Wednesday, December 4.
Work will take place on Route 54 northbound near the intersection with Route 901 between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., weather permitting.
A single lane closure will be in place with traffic in both directions alternating under flagger control. Motorists should expect delays.
