Montoursville, PA – A resurfacing project on Route 1017 (Lycoming Creek Road) and Route 973 in Old Lycoming, Loyalsock, Lycoming and Hepburn townships, Lycoming County continues next week.
Beginning Monday, September 16 the contractor will begin final paving, weather permitting.
Single lane conditions controlled by flaggers can be expected from 7 AM to 7 PM for approximately six days with no work performed on Sunday.
Once this paving operation is completed, final work on this project will include line painting, guiderail and shoulder work.
The entire project is expected to be completed by early November.
HRI, Inc. is the prime contractor on this $3 million project.
