PennDOT’s Washington County Maintenance Update Week of February 11, 2019
Washington – Washington County Maintenance Manager, Adam Smith, announced the following tentative work plan for the week of February 11, 2019. All maintenance activities are conducted on a weather-permitting basis. Motorists should drive with caution throughout all work areas and be alert for signed work zones requiring the usage of headlights.
Patching work is scheduled for SR 22 (Segment 10 to 250) – William Penn Highway; I-70; and SR 221 (Segment 100 to 230) – South Bridge Road).
Cleaning of drains, pipes, and ditches is scheduled for SR 3023 (Segment 10 to 60)- Old Brick Road; SR 3029 (Segment 230 to 260) – Pleasant Grove Road; SR 40 (Segment 321) – Chestnut Street; and SR 221 (Segment 270 to 280) – Green Valley Road.
Slide work will be performed on SR 3016 (Segment 10 to 40) – Saw Hill Run Road.
Brushing is planned for SR 88 (Segment 10 to 630) – Front Street to McKean.
Rock Lining is scheduled for SR 2075 (Segment 10) – Highland Drive.
