Pittsburgh, PA – PennDOT District 11 is
announcing daylight milling and paving operations on Route 837 (West Carson
Street) in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, will occur Wednesday
through Friday, May 27-29 weather permitting.

the West End Circle as crews conduct milling and paving operations from 6 a.m.
to 6 p.m. each day.
Only minor work with
short-term restrictions will occur during the overnight hours.
The work is part of
the $6.06 million improvement project.

will be in accordance with Centers for Disease Control and state Department of
Health guidance as well as a project-specific COVID-19 safety plan, which will
include protocols for social distancing, use of face coverings, personal and
