I-279 Parkway North Drainage Improvements Begin Thursday Night in Ohio Township

Pittsburgh, PA – PennDOT District 11 is announcing drainage improvement work on I-279 (Parkway North) in Ohio Township, Allegheny County, will begin Thursday night, August 15 weather permitting.

Drainage improvement work will occur from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. weeknights through late September as crews work in the median area of I-279 between Mt. Nebo Road and Camp Horne Road. Single-lane restrictions will occur on I-279 in each direction as needed for truck, equipment, and material access.
