Pittsburgh – PennDOT District 11 is announcing lane restrictions on Gilkeson Road (Route 3038) in the Municipality of Mt. Lebanon, Allegheny County, will continue tomorrow, Wednesday, October 4 weather permitting.
Lane restrictions on Gilkeson Road will occur between Route 19 and Cedar Boulevard weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. Friday night through 6 a.m. Monday morning. In conjunction with the current gas line work being conducted, the lane restrictions will extend until mid-November to allow crews to complete milling and paving, concrete patching and drainage improvements.
At least one lane of traffic will be maintained in each direction. Additionally, five minute intermitted stoppages may occur as needed.
Crews from Michael Facchiano Contracting, Inc. will conduct concrete replacement work.
