Speed limits have been restored in south central PA as of 3 AM.
PennDOT has temporarily reduced the speed limit on several roadways in the south central Pennsylvania region.
Route 117 in Palmyra reopened to traffic at around 2:30 p.m.
Sinkhole has closed Route 117 between Birch and Cypress streets in Palmyra. Repairs are underway.
