711_Map.png

Project Overview

The proposed project consists of replacing the existing six-span steel beam structure, built in 1959, that carries Crawford Avenue (SR 711) over the Youghiogheny River, SR 1037 and CSX Railroad tracks with a new six-span structure of composite steel plate girders.  Also included will be new roadway approaches to the replacement superstructure, drainage, guide rail, and signing and pavement markings.
