PennDOT District 12 would like to advise motorists of single lane restriction on Nature Run Road (Route 1023) located in Ligonier Township, Westmoreland County. The restriction is between Hall Road (T644) and Center Street (T631).

The construction of the new bridge carrying County Line Road (Route 1058) over Roaring Run in Saltlick Township, Fayette County, and Donegal Township, Westmoreland County, is scheduled to resume on Monday, May 6.

Fayette County Maintenance Manager, Jason L. Spangler, today announced the following tentative work plan for the week of April 22, 2019. All maintenance activities are conducted on a weather-permitting basis.

PennDOT District 12 would like to advise motorists a section of Route 3018 (Evanstown / Keystone Road) between Eighth Street and Wendel Road in Sewickley Township, Westmoreland County has been closed and detoured due to a slide. It closed today at approximately 1:30 pm and will remain closed until further notice.

PennDOT District 12 would like to advise motorists that a bridge on a section of Route 3038 (Ridgewood Drive Road) where it goes over Interstate 70 in Robinson Township will be closed and detoured starting tonight, April 15 at 8:00 PM through late August.

PennDOT District 12 would like to advise motorists that approximately 31 miles state roadways will be resurfaced in Westmoreland County beginning in May / June and continuing throughout the summer. Because each roadway is different, these daylight projects may include milling, base repair and placing an asphalt overlay. Traffic will be controlled by flaggers when necessary and the project depends on the weather conditions. Tentative locations are approximate. Start dates will be updated as they get closer.

Because each roadway is different, these daylight projects may include milling, base repair and placing an asphalt overlay. Traffic will be controlled by flaggers when necessary and the project depends on the weather conditions. Tentative locations are approximate. Start dates will be updated as they get closer.

The Route 711 (North Market Street) bridge, which spans Mill Creek in Ligonier Township, Westmoreland County, reopened to traffic on Friday, April 12. This bridge was replaced as part of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation's (PennDOT) Rapid Bridge Replacement Project.

PennDOT District 12 would like to advise motorists that a bridge on Turkeytown Road between Bells Mills Road and Branthoover Road in South Huntingdon Township will be closed and detoured starting Monday, April 15, 2019 due to emergency repairs being needed. It will be closed for approximately a month so that crews can replace the existing structure with a 48-inch cross pipe.

PennDOT District 12 would like to advise motorists that a single lane restriction on Eastbound Route 22 between the Bavington Exit and the Florence / Burgettstown Exit will occur so that the contractor can install temporary barrier on Route 22. Eastbound lane restrictions will occur on Saturday, April 6 between 7 AM and 5 PM.
