Pittsburgh – PennDOT District 11 is announcing shoulder restrictions at the Highland Park Bridge Interchange in Sharpsburg and Aspinwall boroughs, Allegheny County, will begin Monday, December 4 weather permitting.
Shoulder restrictions will occur on the Route 28 on and off-ramps at the Highland Park Bridge weeknights from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. through Friday, December 15. Crews from Robinson Pipe Cleaning Company will conduct storm sewer inspections.
All ramps will remain open in the interchange. No restrictions will occur on mainline Route 28.
