Pittsburgh – PennDOT District 11 is announcing improvements on Route 400/Route 380 (North Dallas Avenue and Bennett Street) in in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County will begin Monday, October 2 weather permitting.
Milling and paving work will occur on North Dallas Avenue and Bennett Street between Penn Avenue (Route 8) and Tokay Street. Small stretches of the roadway will be closed to traffic as needed weekdays from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. through late November. Road closures will only occur one street block at a time. Flaggers will assist motorists through the detours running parallel to Dallas Avenue and Bennett Street as needed in the area.
