Montoursville, PA – Work on Duke and Front streets in Northumberland Borough has been halted because of unanticipated conflicts with the existing sewer system and new drainage pipes. PennDOT, with the help of the project’s contractor New Enterprise Stone and Lime Co., Inc., is working to resolve these issues as quickly as possible with the overall goal of achieving a high quality, long-lasting project
